Need some advice

when I want some one to give an opinion on something, how do I ask?

a) I need some advice from you at the moment.

b) I'd like to have some advice from you at the moment.

both are correct or not?

both are correct or not?

The "at the moment" are not needed, and actually could make it sound a bit demanding.

a is fine.

b I would change "some"
