Need resources for teaching a corporate lawyer

I've been asked to help improve the English of a Spanish-speaking corporate lawyer. Can anyone suggest textbooks and other materials to guide my lessons? I have a business background and I teach English in a Latin American country. Thanks in advance.

Try the International Legal English course book published by Cambridge University Press. I think there are at least 3 chapters concerning company law.

Are you talking about international corporate law, Costa Rican law, or what?

This site is very well written and presented, as regards the quality of the English used:

I find the new book by Cambridge University Press quite good - it's called International Legal English authored by Amy Krois-Lindner.

The best book so far issued is InternationL Legal English by Cambridge Univercity Press. It intends specifically for corporate lawyers and covers all aspects of business law. It includes 3 CDs with listening exercises. The only problem might be that it requires a trainee to be at least of intermediate level of English.
