need or needs

Hi! Tell me please, if I write "I phoned my Bank, and employee of the Bank told me that there were some technical problems and now everything should work fine and Google need to re-try to withdraw money." I should use need or needs and why?
Thanks.

Google is a singular noun. The simple present verb form requires an -s ending
