NEED HELP......IN PREDICTIONS

HELLO,
i have a problem about making sentences for future and past predictions,[:^)]
like i know when we talk about work which willbe done in future at some point we use will have, for example :- by next year i will have leaft university.

now tell me ,

1)when we use WOULD HAVE?

2) COULD HAVE?
3) SHALL HAVE?
4) MAY HAVE / MIGHT HAVE?
HOW we make predictions and assumptions of past and future?

EXPLAIN ME WITH EXAMPLES PLZ.

these are hard to get your head around, and in many cases the words might be interchangeable.
