i am writing a mail to my landloard regarding a repair which is being delayed for no reson , i have written the mail can you please check the grammer and if there is any thing else i should say to the landloard. should i include the phone no with the address or in the end with my name. please reply asap. thank you very much

i am writing to complain about a repair i reported two and half months ago. There is water leaking in the airing cupboard this leak is coming from the roof and is also causing damage to the wall and light switch, we are unable to use the light. the workman have been coming here but nothing has been done to rectify this so far, the delay in completing this repair is unacceptable i have allowed reasonable amount of time for you to do the work. it’s causing lot of inconvenience and i am very disappointed by the lack of consideration.

i would appreciate if you could arrange for this work to be done as soon as possible.
