I'm in need of some big help. I have a warrant for skipping court and I need to write the judge. I had to go to court on dec 3rd and I forgot but I was working that day. I was up for a review for not paying my fines. I was paying my fines but just forgot to go to court. I called the clerk of court and they told me no more pay arrangements I have to pay my balance in full or sit out my fines. I can not afford 1300 dollars. This is not criminal its just traffic. I have citations for loud music and not wearing a helmet and other petty charges resulting from stupidly. I never been in jail. I cant afford to go to jail because I will lose my job and I have my first kid on the way. I'm trying to get this resolve so I can be done. I am writing the judge to have mercy on me but don’t know how to write it and how to sound sincere. Can any one help me getting started. anything would help thanks in advance
