Here are my initial impressions, but I'm a Brit and we may take a different approach to things on this side of the pond.

At first sight, your resume is full of cliches and buzz words - it reads like a management text book and does not come across to the potential employer as sincere. I would suggest that you need to introduce more concrete facts or examples from your own actual ach
