Near Venice, in a city called Padua, there is one of the most famous restaurant in the world: Le Calandre. Le Calandre offers experimental meals that are the revisitation of the typical Italian's cook.
Massimiliano Alajmo is the chef foundator of the restaurant that, during last year, has won various awards as the Michelin's Stars.
Another famous restaurant is propriety of Carlo Cracco, who gave his name to the restaurant, and it's in Milan. Also in this case, the meals are very sperimental and award-winning, with weird tastes and lovely structure. Both of the restaurants are very expensive and top 50 most popular restaurants in the world. I understand that these restaurants are challenging the boundaries of the taste, trying a new way to cook, and this is very fascinating, but the traditional food will remain always the best to eat and fun! And obviously to save money!!
