Need Help With These Two Varations

When womanizer, possibly schizophrenic, Martin Cade, is suddenly offered a serious job promotion, it throws his life off balance.

When womanizer, and possible schizophrenic, Martin Cade, is suddenly offered a serious job promotion, it throws his life off balance.

Thanks.
