Need help with The PAssive with modals and Similar expressions

( Active ) they may construct some new airports on islands.
(passive )

(active )
(passive) Passenger facilities might be put on decks under the runways.

could someone teach me well on how to do this?
like explain me , etc. Emotion: stick out tongue

I don't know what is the subject , Verb or object.. etc

is too hard. I need to learn this.

This is what i need to learn

Subject + modal + be + main verpp

Going to try..

Passenger facilites - Subject?
might - modal
be - be
put - verbpp?

I am wrong! ;/

Here are the parts of speech in your active sentence: Subject = they Modal + main verb = may construct Object = (some new) airports Start your passive sentence with the object from the active sentence: - Some new airports may be constructed on islands.
