Need help with revising this paper such ass sentence structure, grammar

Many people have different kinds of responsibility in their lives. For example, parents have the responsibility to take care of their children. Teachers have the responsibility to teach their students and so on. Being an oldest one in family I was given a major responsibility of my younger brother and sister. There is one event that gave me a good understanding of the responsibility I had. This was when my little brother was hit by a long cylindrical shape "Metal Rod". This event made a major impact in my life.
It was a really nice sunny day and the temperature was very smoothing and comfortable. This was a great day for outdoor sports. Every one of my friend were out schools because of the summer break. Therefore we all decided to play a cricket game. A cricket is a game played with bat and balls by two teams. We were having a remarkable time playing the game. In the middle of game my younger brother came up to me and asks if he can play with us. He was very energetic and excited to play with my friends, but in back of my mind I was thinking that he can get hurt while playing with us because he was not old enough and getting embarrass in front of my friends. Also, I did not want him to get hurt, so I told him to play with kids of his age. When I said him that he gave me an angry looks and run away from me.
After he went away from the ground we finished our unfinished game which had to be delay by him. When the game was finished we all went to a shop to get drinks. We were very dehydrated from playing in the sun. As soon as I got back to the playground I went to check on my little brother that he was doing all right. For an instance I cannot believe what I was seeing with my eyes. I just shook my head and thinking in my head that this did not just happened. The thing was horrifying me was that my brother Jay face's was coved with blood. At moment I did not know what to do. Because of that I was in very dramatic shock. Then I asked him what just happen he replied in his weeping voice "someone threw the metal rod and it hit me on the face". Apparently, the metal rod had missed his right eye. If the rod had hit half an inch away from where it initial hit he could have loose his eye for ever. After he told me what happen I immediately tear up my tea-shirt to make gauze to stop the bleeding. The wound was very deeply cut and require immediate medical attention. When I was taking him to home our mother saw us on the road and ask in deeply scaring voice as she see jay's blooded face "son what just happen to you. Are you all right?" he replies "I am having too much pain in head please takes me to the hospital". She immediately called my uncle to take us to the hospital. On our ways to hospital I told her everything about accident. Her responded to my story was not good at all. In angry tone "it was your responsibility to keep your brother safe and how can you let this happened to him" my mother said. After listening to her response I did not reply to her because I was very shocked and did not spoke a single word till we come home.
After we came from the hospital I immediately went to my bedroom and lock myself. At that point I did not feel very good. There were so many thoughts going thru my head and I am thinking how this accident happened. Then I started to realize how could I let this happened to him. If I had let him play with us any of this could not have been occur. Being selfish to me and afraid of getting embarrass in front of my friends I told him to play somewhere else. The bad judgment I made and forgetting my responsibility toward him. He ended up getting hurt. After realizing my mistake I came up from the bedroom and straight went to him for an apology. When I told him that I made mistake letting you go play somewhere else he replied "brother it was an accident and try not to blame yourself". At the same moment I said sorry to my mother and I heard "from now wherever your brother comes with always take good care of him and bring him back safely" my mother said.
The accident had made a big impact towards my responsibility and my brother. One of the most important things I learn from it was once you have a responsibility of someone, always think of that person first then think about yourself. It also realized me the importance of responsibility. When we have a responsibility we need to try our best to fulfill it. Once we have fulfilled the responsibility it will always bring happiness in life. Now days when I do something, I always put responsibility then I and other people should do the same thing.

Hello, I wrote down all of the notes I had for you on my whiteboard, and because I need to clear up room I'm just going to post what I have written down instead of erasing it and wasting it.

Practically every problem in your paper fits into 3 categories. The first has to do with Articles, a/an/the. The second problem has to do with maintaining the same verb tense, and the third problem

Hi Benny,

If you're dividing the types of probems into sections, I don't think there's a need to color-code. Just visually separate the sections and keep it short and sweet.

Just my humble opinion, of course!
