Need help with phrase analysis

Hi, I'm having a english assignment which have to be done tonight..

I have done all 9 tasks out of 10, and the last one goes like this:

a. Identify what type of phrase it is.

b. Underline the HEAD of the phrase.

c. Describe the phrase in as great of detail as you can (form and function)

Hey coopen, seems like i missed one of the tasks. Since you are more knowledge than me, it would be nice if u could help me with this one aswell, its optional of course.
