Need help with one English sentence fast!

Hello,
I need help with one english sentence, it's very important that the sentence is correct. The sentence:
>> If I had to live aboard for a year and was given the possibility to choose to which country I would like to live in, regardless of immigrant regulations, I would definitely move to the USA despite the fact that I’ve never been there before. <<

Please, any one with exellent English skills or Engish as native language, read it and tell me if it's correct. If its's not, please tell me what I can do to make it correct.

If I had to live abroad for a year and were given a choice to select a country where I would like to live, immigration regulations notwithstanding, I would definitely move to the USA even though I’ve never been there before.
