Need help with one bit from a documentary
Hey guys, I'm making subtitles for a documentary but came across one bit I can't understand no matter how many times I re-play it.

She says: "I cried myself to sleep a lot." This bit is clear but I can't seem to make sense of the next sentence. "But I don't know if......"
