Need help with my cover letter

hereunder is my cover letter for my job application, is there anything I should improve?

I am writing in response to your advertisement seeking in a Real Estate Sales Representative, which appeared on ‘aaa’, 1^th March 2011. Please accept this letter and attached résumé as my job application for the above position.

As you can see from my résumé I am a qualified Real Estate Sales Consultant with enormous energy, rock-solid integrity, and high intelligence. My 3 years’ experience with xyz Estate has taught me the essential knowledge in selling and researching properties, as well as the techniques of dealing with people.
