Topic: "Prevention is better than cure". Researching and treating diseases is too costly so it would be better to invest in preventative measures. To what extent do you agree.

Answer: The actual fee which is used for researching and curing illnesses, is considered to be much more expensive at present. In my opinion, I agree that it would be more efficient to spend money into finding prevention. However, I also believe that looking for a cheaper way to make medicine should be prioritized at the moment.

With the uncontrollable fast-growing of our world's economy, investing into preventative measures would be beneficial for scientists in order to do researches on several contamination and waste which directly affect people' s health. Scientists would have more time to focus on researching before diseases could turn to be more complicated. Moreover, it can help to provide medicine as soon as new diseases are found so that we can't stop symptoms from growing faster to make the diseases be more easier to be cured.

In addition, researching for inexpensive ways to cure illness is also an issue needed to have attention. Some of current diseases are treated with high-cost pills, therefore; just a few people can afford proper treatments. If scientists received appropriate fundings as well as had periods of time, they would be able to find better cures with cheaper cost to reach for more people who needed help. For instance, thank for the support from the governments, tuberculosis is now not an uncontrollable threat anymore. Patients can have free medicine and treatment in time in many countries' hospitals.

In conclusion, preventative measures would bring a lot of benefit to our community if they were funded and had more attention than before. Also, researching for the better way to reduce the price of cures will increase the chance of living for more and more people in our world.
