Some people say that environment problems should be in charged of by an international organization while others suppose it is the responsibility of each country. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

People have different views about who should take responsibility for environment issues. While some people believe that it would be better for a nongovernment agency to tackle these problems, I believe that every nation should carry out this duty.

There are various reasons why people think that an international cooperate should deal with environmental degradation.

First, there are enormous human resources. Citizens who come from all around the world are able to resign to be members. Hence, a huge amount of workload such as paper works and financial work can be shared and coped with easily by many volunteers. Second, an international organization create a great impact on huge area. Some campaign can be run globally without any distance or language borders. Hence, it will be easier to spread urgent messages about environment issues to raise the awareness of people worldwide.

In spite of these argument, I believe that environment problems may only be alleviated by each country. First, the governments have enough financial resources to safeguard the environment. Environmental projects require millions of dollars, which is may be beyond the means of most individuals. Thus, national budgets can be spend to combat the advert impacts of pollution. Second, the authorities have the right to promulgate laws in order to protect the environment. People will be under string obligation so that they are not capable of doing any harm to natural habitats. For example, companies and firms who interrupt the aquatic life as chemical waste is pumped into the water will be punished.

In conclusion, although there are good reasons why a globally group should deal with this case, I believe that individual countries would solve more efficient.
