Need help with grammar please

Hi,

Can someone tell me if third sentence is possible and grammatical correct, please?

I fixed that TV last week. (Past simple)

I have fixed that TV just now or this morning. (Present Perfect)


"I have or had fixed that TV last week." (Can this sentence be grammatical? have or had)

John AkiI have or had fixed that TV last week.

You have a mention of time in your sentence (last week). Therefore, you cannot use the present perfect (I have fixed).
