Need help with Grammar

Hello,

I am currently stuck writing the hobbies/interest for my CV in an appropriate format. Would it be possible for somebody to correct it into the appropriate grammar and change it around so it makes more sense please.

" I consider myself as an active person and have a keen interest in football. I enjoy socializing with friends and family and enjoy meeting new people. IT has been my desired career path ever since a young age, I enjoy troubleshooting and maintaining computers and laptops for myself, family and friends and have built many computers." - Block format.

Thanks a lot in advance,
Clarke.

It is just a bit too wordy, Clarke, and some of the words are repetitive. The hobbies/interests section of a CV should be very short and sweet. I'd pare it down to something like this: I am an active person with a keen interest in football, and I enjoy socializing with friends and family and meeting new people.
