Could you help fix some of the not so natural aspects in these sentences? Is: He will read a newspaper at 3:00 in of them.

Hi,

Can you first tell me when you would want to say each of these sentences?.
eg Are you telling the listener about some planned future event?

The man is going to read a/the newspaper at 5:30.
