Need help with choosing the right word for each sentence please???

Could you please tell me how you would say these please?

1 Out of what airport do you fly/What airport do you fly out of?
2 I had to be somewhat straight/sober in front of my younger brother/for my younger brother.
3 I couldn't picture him playing the role of a bad guy but truth be told he plays the bad guy well suprising enough. I like him more as a bad guy than a good one.
4 I don't remember which episode he plays in./I don't know which episode this is.
5 He said it with/in an annoyed tone of voice.
6 I remember this show being good./as being good.
7 Turn the light up to a max/at a max. (how would you say this?)
