Need help with an essay on the poor

There is no need to correct the whole text! I would be grateful if you correct any part of it. Then maybe someone else will correct the rest of it (or just another part).
Topic: Most of the world's poor live in countries where tourism is a growing industry. The issue is that tourism does not benefit the poorest.

How can the income generated by tourism benefit the poor? And how can we ensure that tourism does not destroy traditional cultures and ways of life?

Here I go:

It is a shocking fact that countries with highly developed tourism industry have the greatest numbers of the poor. Indeed, it seems absurd that those people do not profit from visitors to their home countries. However, it is quite possible to find an appropriate solution.

The general idea of tourism is spending money, so obviously travellers expect to receive qualified and polite service. Training for service sector involving lower working classes and under classes seems reasonable to deal with this particular issue. Additionally, it must be supervised that employees do not underpay their workers, for it might be a problem because the low-incomers do not have many alternatives for working places.

The prospect of changes coming is slight unless the most popular tourists' destinations are not protected from pollution and vandalism. Respectively, there is a possibility of negative impacts as well. Providing neatly organized recreation services is a vitality, for the floods of tourists may cause an alienation from native lifestyles instead of improving state's economy. It would be suicidal for places attractive for their exotic culture.

Finally, it would be a great help to make good use of leisure time spent abroad. For instance, such activity as volunteering would be a great opportunity to do so. That is why not only developing countries must search for the effective ways of improvement of situation. (We live on the same planet, after all!)

In summary, the advantages of the poor can only be reached by circumspect organization of services and, of course, great enthusiasm.
