Need help understanding the sentence

Cover is easy to form black's position, and to the natural plant essence to make the skin pores clean.


I found this sentence on the cover of a chinese cosmetic thing and I don't think that it is correct, but it makes me doubt, what if it is a case of use of some complex infinitive structure?
