Very simple. Just give them the facts (your name, address and bank account number) and state that you wish to close this account.

My Name is lilian Zulu, my bank account Number is 0200000604, my bank name is NBS.
The resoans why i want to close my account are as follows;
I was sacked form work.
Iam un able to contribute to my monthly Contributions

letter to vedor they have already make check ,but bank had change my account name,the check recevied from my customer,

old account name so the bank have no pay the check.so i want the customer to give new account name

I edited it to remove the personal information as it wasn't clear if you'd used invented details or the real ones. To post a letter like that with real details on the internet is asking for trouble!
