Need help to correct this

Pros and Cons have to be analyzed before taking a decision about an action. If the decision is procrastinated once action is decided, it will be staked.

I mean , if the decision is delayed, you are taking risk.. That is what I meant. , As per dictionary, it says, "Put at risk'.

'Staked' is not used this way. It's usually used in a context where what is staked is stated explicitly.
eg I staked $5 on a game of cards.
eg I staked my job on my decision.

Don't use 'procrastin
