Need help to complete script

Hi, I am having trouble making a script from Hillary Clintion's speech.

My questions are:
1) What does Bill say at 00:00:04?
'Ladies and gentlemen, and XXX, our next president.'

2) What does Hillary say at 00:00:22-?
'I cannot express to you XXXXXXXX.'

I guess 'I cannot express to you in words
they failed me and I should cancel' but I think something
is wrong.
