Need help polish part of my resume
This is part of my resume called qualifications or summary.
May I have you read it and give me some suggestion?
The first block consist of the essential qualifications they required, the second block (seperated by blank lines
) consists of asset qualifications they mentioned or I thought I have.
Please feel free to comment. Thanks a lot.

Degrees in mathematics.
Knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
Familiar with sample survey methodology and SAS programming for major sampling designs.
Communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
Demonstrated effective people skills, initiative, reliability, and good Judgment.
Fluent in SAS base programming, about to take certification exam
Highly self-motivated with strong work ethic.
Strong scientific programming skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Attentive to detail
