need help on grammer ASAP
I need help on this three sentences. Can you please tell me what are the errors in comma use.
The bundle on her back was too heavy for her, she gritted her teeth.
We finally reached the destination, that they had determined for us.
The police were striking out with their truncheons which they did frequently and they struck a man standing near me.
