Need help. Is this paragraph correct?

Hi teachers,

I would apprecriate your help in correcting this paragraph.

You must remember that Fred Collins lost his job after he ran into a police car, so he had to look for another job. Now he works in the construction sector. He has never worked in it before; therefore he is a labourer. He has to work hard, harder that an excavation driver for example. But he earns less money than an excavation driver. In fact, Fred has the worst job. He works the hardest, but earns the least at work.
