need help in this sentence

well i posted the question before,but im not sure it got posted i hope this isnt double posting.

is this sentence gramatically correct:
Upon examining the impact of the said factors on productivity, a major problem arises: productivity is loosely defined and even more loosely measured; different dictionaries define it differently and different studies measure it differently.

I would not use "said factors" but "these factors."

Please note that "i" is not correct, and all sentences begin with a capital letter.
