Need Help in Plural

I need help on Plural

1) Mithibai Artists' Platform

2) Mithibai Artist's Platform

Mithibai <~~~ it is the name of the College so its a proper Noun

Off the Above two which one is Right ???

I feel 2nd one is right as when we have two consecutive Nouns then the plural will have a Apostrophe prior to "s"

if iam wrong please correct me...
