Need help in my CV - working experiences

Hi there,

i just registered this cool website that help so many people how to write in english and improve it as well. however, i have view this website so many time tho. here, i have some point in my CV in working experience section that need you guy to help me out. kindly make it more attractive in order to me to get another job ASAP. at present i'm work as Admin exec.

a. Main job function is involved in administration works such as preparing advertising proposal, agreement etc, work as a team for preparing government tenders, understand the terms and conditions of the advertising contract, updating the available sites throughout peninsular Malaysia, issuing quotations, preparing purchase order and invoices, handling correspondences, petty cash for office use and other related administration tasks.

b. Monitoring the advertising process from the application until the final stage of visual installation

c. Also engaged with graphic jobs. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

d. To deal with Municipal Councils and authorities such as xxx, yyy, zzz and other related government or statutory bodies in related of licensing applications.

e. Entertain advertising agencies, clients, suppliers and contractors in terms of complaints, enquiries and payment settlement.

f. Report directly to the director’s for my daily duties.
