Hello. Can I use the a verb in 3rd form in the following sentense?

"Would you be so kind providing me with ....."

Can I use the a verb in 3rd form in the following sentense?

"Would you be so kind providing me with .." This is not correct grammar.

Here are some things you can say.

eg Would you be kind enough to provide me with . . .
