Need help in free associated experiment

For the linguistic research covering the peculiarities of the concept "fear" in English language and litterature, I need the help of English native speakers to participate in a simple free associated experiment.
Please, give one or several associations with the notions "fear" and "anxiety".
In order that I could make the description of this concept more detailed, please, answer the following questions using word associations:
What can cause fear?
What are your sensations when you feel fear or anxiety?
What atmosphere is connected with fear?
What are the consequences (physical and emotional) of feeling fear?
I appreciate your help in advance,
Olga Vinogradska
