Need help in explaining a small paragraph of a written business agreement

Hi all,

I am reading a sales agreement for my company. However, there is 1 paragraph that I dont understand. Could someone please help?:)

The context is following below.

"Waivers. Any failure of either party at any time to require performance by the other party of any provision herein will not be deemed to be a waiver by such party of any subsequent breach or violation of the same or any other provision."

Hi, Broadluy speaking, it means this. If I don't ask you to do something that this agreement says you are supposed to do, you still have to do it. Clive
