Need help grammatically with these questions please??

Could you help me with these sentences grammatically?

- She's the person he sees the second most./She's the second person he sees the most.
- When you're scheduled to work, make sure you don't do anything that might cause you to miss work.
- It's been too long since you worked.
- To play with the dog, you need to ____ to the dogs level/intelligence.
- I'll leave it up to you to decide/I'll leave it to you to decide.
- She spoke badl/illy of him behind his back.
- The hot water cracked the glass./cause the glass to crack.
