Need help getting sentences to sound natural please?

Could you please help me correct these sentences and get them to sound natural?

When the place you work at is so ugly that it doesn't make you want to go work, you need to change jobs and when you have the job with the biggest workload and you're getting underpaid, you really need to change.

This is the color that looks best on me.

He has very highlighted muscles/lips. (you can see them, they stick out, the contour is clean, dark) (in french "il a les muscles/levres bien dessiné")

My left arm finds the bag heavy while my right has no problem carrying it and it doesn't hurt when carrying it. I've been building/getting my arm muscles carrying this bag around. (how would you say this naturally)

I love the sensation you get/have when right before a blood test the nurse cleans the spot she's going to stick the needle in with cotton and alcohol, making the vain pop up.
(how would you say?)

Thank you
