Need help for directions

Hi teachers,

The students have already read 4 small conversations with dialogues too.

I want them to write direct questions and its answers according to them.

My directions are: "Write direct questions and its answers according to the given information and the readings on the previous page."

The exercise is like this:

Ask and answer where Julia works.

My question is, "Is there a shorter form for the given directions to the students?"

Thanks in advance

I can't think of a much shorter way to do it, TS. Write direct questions and their responses according to the given information and the readings on the previous page.

I just recommend 'responses' in this kind of direction because they are not always in the form of 'answers'.

Thank you Mister Micawber. Could you tell me what the difference is between 'answers' and 'responses' please?

Question: What time is it?

Answer (One kind of Response): It's two-thirty.
