1. Jeffrey Scott Buckley, better known as Jeff Buckley, was an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. He was born in 1966 in Anaheim, California, the son of the famous songwriter Tim Buckley. (Checked by enoon)

Are there any difference in the above two. Which would you use.

Jeff started playing guitar when he was 5 years old. Growing up in a musical family, music was always an important part of his life. Jeff's career began at around the age of 20 playing in local bars and clubs with his first band. In 1993, Jeff formed a new band and recorded the first and only album that he ever made, Grace. Grace is one of the most important milestones in music. Every song is full of emotions, from dynamics, strength, and energy to sadness and melancholy. This album is like a compilation of the different works throughout his career, with various musical genres and playing and singing styles. The standout cut is his well-known cover of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah." In 1997 he died in a drowning accident in Wolf River Harbor before he could finish recording his second album. Rest in peace, Jeff.

Also, I am not so sure the above highlighted statement stands true, if his second album Sketches for My sweetheart the Drunk which was released after his death, is called a compilation of some of his other works.

I think both are fine, but I would use the first one, because it sounds better.

As for the list in red, you could write ''full of passion, power, vibrancy, sorrow, and melancholy.''

I don't know about the highlighted sentence, either. Sorry!
