Need help editing a paragraph

There are many perceptions I have of myself. I consider myself to be a person with strong sense of commitment. When I begin a course of action, I will work work through it, until it is finished. I would also say I am hardworking, organized, and trustworthy person. However, how I perceive myself substantially different from how my family and friends view me.
