Need help , ASAP

someone just took a sip or two of tea and leaves to attend a call, meanwhile someone else comes and is about to drink it .

what is that particular word which we can use to describe that someone else is already having this tea or any other eatable..it's like it's not kind of fresh anymore because someone else already took a bite or sip ...hope you'll get what i am asking here..
