Need help. A paragraph.

Hi teachers,

I would appreciate your help in correcting this paragraph and if possible also make it sound more natural.



Today the architect is supervising the construction where Fred Collins works. He is also talking with some of the workers. He has never worked as hard as the other workers there. He has the best job of all of them. He earns the most money and does the least physical work, but his responsibility is the greatest of all of them.
