Hi.
I would want to say that people always tell me I look like a child. I can say it like: 'I have been told I look like a child.' But how can I say this sentence in future tense? I think if I say 'I'm being told I look like a child' is not correct.
Edit: Changed header from "Need a help!!" to "Need help!" CJ
Well you cannot put this in the absolute future because how will you know that people will continue to say you look like a child? Maybe you will suddenly age and they will stop saying it. However, you can suggest that it will continue because it has happened repeatedly already.

Yes, as shown, or People always tell me I look like a child. There is no need to change the tense and voice.
