Need Help.......

1. Similarly during the peak period there may be some over recovery of profit left as coming balance, due to high sales.
2. So, over the year this balances are transferred from one month to another, to set-off each other.
My questions?
1. Is this two sentence is grammaticaly correct?
2. If there is any chance to make it better?
