Need help!!

Anyone, please correct my original writing and make a necessary comments (correction includes use of articles, grammar, sentence structure, commas, colon, capitalization, correct use of vocabulary, and in brief, everything) .


Death
I am not afraid of dying, for the reason, I know, death is the only destination we all share. I have lived with this deadly disease (i.e. Lung cancer) for the past 10 years. I’m very tired of going to the hospital for my medication, every single day alone, so is my doctor. Once, my doctor told me, “you have to tell everything to your children; you thought, you have another ten years to tell them” which is a doctor’s code meaning, I’m soon going to die. As a young little boy, studying in kindergarten, I had a big dream to become the world’s renowned Engineer. However, it was only my day dream, never to come true. Oftentimes, I lay awake, in the middle of the night and speak to myself “god! What wrong / sin did I do in the past lives to suffer at the present?” “Why you doing this to me?” are few, among many questions that arises on my mind.
