I ordered some products from an website, but they got cancelled because the shipping address is a uk address, but the billing adress is to a different country. Now they're asking about my account details, and want me to provide them with a card statement of the shipping address. My family lives in the UK, and the product was ment to be sent to them, but it doesn't seem nice to ask them to give me their card statement, and I don't know how to explain the company that I cannot do that simply because it don't look nice. Can somebody help me, and tell me what I should write in the mail?
Thank you in advance
Kind regards, Anonymous

Hi, Soory, what's 'a card statement'? Are you talking about a copy of eg a monthly Visa bill? Clive
