Hello(Mr.M),

I am very grateful to you for quick reply. This is not particularily for my grandmother but for a grandmother in general. Keeeping this point in mind can I say "about my grandmother".

Your help is very valuable for me.

Thanks and regards.

Do you mean for (dedicated to) or about (topic)? I presumed that the poem was about your own grandmother, but amend your speech to suit the facts.
