5. What kind of pudding is rice pudding? Pudding made primarily from rice! I'm not being sarcastic, I just don't know how to cook. It's sweet, and one of the better dishes in British cuisine.

Actually, it's quite kind. We're not usually permitted to describe our cooking as 'cuisine'.

'Rice pudding' would usually be made with milk; you might use a little nutmeg too. The ensemble is baked. You tend to use a stodgy 'pudding rice' (not brown rice or basmati).
