Actually, it's quite kind. We're not usually permitted to describe our cooking as 'cuisine'.

'Rice pudding' would usually be made with milk; you might use a little nutmeg too. The ensemble is baked. You tend to use a stodgy 'pudding rice' (not brown rice or basmati).
