NEED from to wirte work certificate

Dear friends., My name is tom.I would like to have certificate from because i need to do for my staff who work with me at my restaurant as the chef and he need to use it for new job (apply for work permit to go work a Germany,) i have to do it very soon,please any one knows how ,Please help me...thank best regards. tom
