Need examples for the last 2 types

Hi all,

  • Wh-word questions: falling intonation
  • Yes/No questions: rising
  • Statements: falling
  • Question-Tags: 'chat' - falling; 'check' - rising
  • Lists: rising, rising, rising, falling
I have examples for the first 3 types. Could please give me examples for the last 2(
